3Seed Marketing & Design is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. As a member of 3Seed, you will work closely with other creative professionals, account managers, partners, and clients.

• Has 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – PS, ID, AI
• Social media design for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. – posts and stories)
• Display/Digital Ads – knowledge of sizes, placement, and animation
• Some experience in animation in Photoshop/Adobe Animate/AfterEffects – For social and display ads
• HTML Emails – design, build and code for responsive layout that works on all email clients desktop to mobile
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms – Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.
• Web design – Websites/User Interface
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript – PHP and WordPress a PLUS
• Print design – Folders, brochures, postcards, etc. – Start to finish design for client approval and final files for print
• Able to develop ideas under pressure when needed
• Able to time manage yourself and meet deadlines
• Take personal pride in your work and have passion
• Attention to detail – especially SPELLING
